Travel and Accommodations
Friday shortcourses are held at Life Sciences Laboratory (LSL) and Integrated Sciences Building (ISB). The Saturday conference plenary events will occur in the Student Union Ballroom with breakout sessions on the 8th and 9th floor of the Campus Center.

Local area hotels include Hotel UMass, Lord Jefferey Inn, Courtyard by Marriott Hadley Amherst, etc. Please make your reservations at your earliest convenience. Individuals who want to stay at Hotel UMass should call 877-822-2110, by 3/15/18, and mention group code NES18C to take advantage of our reserved set of rooms.
Directions to the University of Massachusetts
If you are driving, please note that you must pay for parking in the Campus Center Parking Garage if you plan to attend the short courses held on Friday, April 13th. Discounted coupons for parking in the Campus Center Parking Garage will be available Friday, April 13th and Saturday, April 14th. On Saturday, vehicles can park in any non-restricted, non-reserved surface lot for free. For more information, contact Parking Services at (413) 577-7275.
The nearest airport is Hartford Bradley International Airport (BDL), which is about 60 minutes by driving to Amherst MA.

The Lord Jeffery Inn
Dinner will be held Saturday night at the The Lord Jeffery Inn. The Inn is located on the corner of Spring Street and Boltwood Avenue in downtown Amherst. Parking is available behind the Inn in the Alumni Lot, which is located between Churchill and Seelye Streets. After parking in the Alumni Lot, you may enter the Inn through the entrance in the back of the building or through the Spring Street entrance.
Registration is required in order to attend the dinner. Openings for the dinner are still available - if you are interested in attending, inquire at Registration.
